Data Center Construction Manager - Mission Critical

Job Description

Must have candidates who are currently Construction Project Managers that are/have managed the ENTIRE construction project of Data Center Projects ("Mission Critical") who have verifiably worked up to $300M+ projects and who can successfully work with the DATA CENTER OWNERS/Developers!

This individual MUST have a verifiable GOOD reputation within the construction arena working long-term (5-10+ years with each employer - no "jumpers") with reputable name brand commercial builders preferably building data centers!

Not looking for multi-family, home builders, or owner's representatives please.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Minimum of 10+ years in the field, coordinating project schedules and material, helping lead $250M+ -dollar projects.

Building experience that may also include either or all the following: Data Centers is a MUST but could also have higher education or healthcare.

Verifiable experience building of a minimum of $200M Mission Critical (Data Center) projects is a MUST HAVE.

Ability to coordinate all field construction project activities and personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.

Effective communication skills with all levels of people throughout the construction process.

Capability to effectively manage client relationships to achieve project goals.Company Description
