MX B2B Finance Manager will be responsible for the creating and maintaining financial analysis reports/insight for MX B2B distribution channel sales and leadership team and its respective sales channel. Within this role, the incumbent will analyze actual financial data; prepare executive summary reports; create and manage investment tracker on assigned category and sales channels; perform post-mortem analysis on promotions; and prepare monthly financial investment plan submission. The position will be responsible for managing ad hoc projects related to financial analysis for MX B2B sales leadership.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide daily/weekly financial support and data-driven insights on designated product categories and sales channels to drive efficient trade spending SD management and thus account/business performance
Work with large volume of trade spending, pricing and sales data, integrate data from multiple internal and external sources, and build and maintain trade spending and pricing databases for subsequent deep-dive analysis
Build comprehensive analytical modeling and key dashboards to track trade spending trends and evaluate pricing effectiveness, and deliver insightful periodic reports and executive summary reports
Perform post-mortem analysis on promotions by comparing actual performance and costs to forecasted, identify and analyze variances, present strategic guidance and recommendations to MX B2B product leadership, GTM team and respective channel sales lead
Collaborate with leaders from cross functional teams to ensure effective promotion execution and trade spending management/optimization through periodic reviews
Liaison between MX B2B management and SEA financial management team/HQ RPM team to support investment/pricing related inquiries and approvals
Consolidate financial target revenue and investment forecast plan, and support finance director with leadership review prior to official system submission
Respond to all MX B2B financial related requests and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Analytics and/or STEM related field with 6+ years of relevant experience
Must have financial acumen and be highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Must have experience with SAP, Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of PPT
