Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle support of EDI processes, including onboarding new customer EDI requests, maintaining and troubleshooting connectivity, and ensuring successful transaction translations.

Responsibilities:

Provide production support of existing EDI processes — research, troubleshoot, fix, and reprocess EDI transactions.

Onboard and implement customer EDI connections (AS2, SFTP, FTP, Punchout).

Adhere to strict step-by-step guides and operational checklists to set up new EDI configurations.

Manage high volumes of email communications through Outlook, ensuring correct tracking and responses to each request chain.

Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates in internal systems.

Perform root cause analysis for any transactional errors and coordinate resolution steps.

Provide excellent customer service through timely communication and thorough documentation.

Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred.

No prior work experience required.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, including advanced search, sorting, organizing folders, and handling high email volume preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, filters, and basic data imports/exports preferred.

Experience working in ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and cloud-based document management (e.g., OneDrive, Google Docs) preferred.

Previous experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) support or implementation is a plus.

Familiarity with AS2, SFTP, FTP connections is a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range:At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $45,100.00 to $76,500.00.
