We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely assistance.
• Process orders, including data entry and order tracking, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare pricing quotes and accurately manage billing information.
• Coordinate the picking and shipping of products from the warehouse, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
• Maintain and update records using tools such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Google Drive.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support team efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing effectively.
• Foster a positive and respectful relationship with customers and team members alike.• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Google Drive or a willingness to learn these tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of working in a small, laid-back team environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to lift items up to 16 lbs as needed in warehouse support tasks.
