Operational Oversight: Supervise daily inventory operations, including receiving, put-away, par inventory management, and procedural area support.

Process Improvement: Partner with the process improvement leader to implement and sustain departmental process improvements and leadership initiatives.

Resource Stewardship: Manage scheduling, assignments, and resource utilization to meet operational and quality standards.

Performance Management: Participate in staff performance reviews and contribute to ongoing talent development.

Customer Focus: Respond promptly and effectively to internal and external customer needs, ensuring high service standards.
