Order Picker/ Material Handler

Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Order Picker/ Material Handler for a company based in North Houston, Tx.

Pay Rate

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday – Friday 1:00pm – 10:00pm

Saturdays are Mandatory (if needed)

Job Title Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.

• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.

• Receiving, stocking, and stacking

• Follow workplace safety standards.

• Must be able to meet hourly production goals

• Packaging the pulled orders.

Job Title Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Clean Criminal Background Check

• Stand and walk throughout shifts

• Must be able to lift 20-50 Lbs.

• Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock

• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack or forklift. (sit-down)

• Strong sense of time organization and urgency

• Reliable transportation and good attendance
