Why This Role Exists:As a Production Supervisor in our Plating Department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, safety, and product quality while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will lead process improvements, coach employees, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and success.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze and enhance plating manufacturing methods using data-driven practices.

Implement process flow improvements through statistical analysis.

Monitor and audit team performance, providing recommendations for efficiency.

Lead Kaizen events to drive process improvements.

Support operations in resource utilization and optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time customer deliveries.

Identify and address employee training and development needs.

Promote ethical business practices in all interactions.

Perform additional duties as needed to meet business objectives.What We’re Looking For:Required:

? Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment

? Plating experience in a supervisory or operational role

? Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel)

? Previous supervisory experience #metrocareers
