Blaster Operator

Position Title: Blaster Operator

Wage: $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am 2:30pm

Blaster Operator Responsibilities:

- Inspect incoming and finished parts for damage and spec compliance

- Apply and remove masking as needed

- Operate abrasive blasting equipment and adjust settings per process instructions

- Perform routine maintenance and maintain clean, organized work area (6S)

- Track production and communicate with team leads

- Support other areas such as shot peening, shipping and general maintenance

Requirements for Blaster Operator:

- High School Diploma or GED

- 2+ years of manufacturing experience; aerospace preferred

- Able to read and interpret work instructions and basic blueprints in English

- Basic math and computer skills

- Able to differentiate colors used in production process
