We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Help Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 IT support for our growing team in Denver, Colorado. Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Assist with device setup, upgrades, and maintenance tasks, including support for Windows 11.
• Collaborate with the IT Lead to manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and network-related concerns.
• Provide input on workflows and system improvements to enhance IT operations.
• Learn and adapt to company-specific systems and processes.
• Ensure timely updates and resolutions to technical issues.
• Support team members by handling day-to-day IT inquiries and technical challenges.• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11.
• Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and network connectivity.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving environments.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Positive attitude and capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Experience with system upgrades or expertise in IT support is a plus.
