Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Description

Join a mission-driven legal team dedicated to advocating for individuals with disabilities. We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled attorney to manage a dynamic caseload of Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability matters. This is a hands-on role with meaningful client interaction and impactful legal work.

Hybrid – phone, Teams, and in-person hearings

401(k), health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, professional development support

Represent clients at administrative hearings before ALJs

Experience with either Workers Compensation or Social Security Disability

Prepare persuasive briefs, including “On The Record” requests and appeals

Conduct legal research and draft Appeals Council and Federal Court briefs

Guide clients through the entire claims process, from intake to resolution

Collaborate with a supportive legal team to evaluate and advance claims

Qualifications

JD and strong academic credentials

Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Demonstrated commitment to helping others and making a difference through legal work
