Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Mason, Michigan. This long-term contract position will involve providing technical assistance to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operational support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT support and a proven ability to manage multiple technologies effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical support for end users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network and multifunction printers, including Zebra devices.
• Manage and support computer hardware, including Dell systems and Apple devices.
• Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise applications.
• Configure and maintain backup technologies to ensure data security and reliability.
• Assist with the deployment and configuration of Android devices and Citrix technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to implement and manage Cisco technologies.
• Conduct routine maintenance and updates for systems to optimize performance.
• Document technical problems, resolutions, and best practices to enhance team knowledge.
• Offer guidance and training to users to improve their understanding of IT systems.• Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting for a variety of technologies.
• Proficiency in managing and configuring network printers and multifunction devices.
• Expertise with computer hardware, including Dell and Apple products.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and backup technologies.
• Familiarity with Android device configuration and Citrix technologies.
• Understanding of Cisco technologies and configuration management tools.
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support a diverse user base.
