Qualifications:

Day-to-Day

Provide desktop support services for installation/moves/adds/changes ("IMAC"), configurations, and upgrades as defined in the internal project scope.

Must be able to follow established process and procedures developed to ensure consistent deployment of IT hardware for Desktop Support.
