This role involves providing comprehensive legal and administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, correspondence, and legal documents. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and projects for executive leadership to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, record accurate minutes, and maintain organized documentation.
• Research and draft legal and administrative correspondence, including patient communications and official letters.
• Monitor follow-up actions from meetings and ensure timely completion of resolutions.
• Maintain a centralized repository for correspondence and materials relevant to executive administrative functions.
• Handle logistics for meetings and appointments, including venue arrangements, catering, and parking.
• Act as a liaison between departments, external stakeholders, and patients to facilitate effective communication.
• Track and manage matters in the matter management system while adhering to relevant regulatory standards.
• Proofread and generate presentations, reports, and related visual data to support organizational initiatives.
• Oversee assigned projects, from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Political Science, or a related field required.
• Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in administrative support or a similar role.
• Strong skills in calendar management, document drafting, and client communications.
• Proficiency in multitasking and handling confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to research, analyze, and organize information effectively.
