Description:

Project Manager

Role Description

The role requires a strong focus on quality and meeting deadlines. An ability to plan, foresee issues and track against these. A candidate who can adjust to client culture, multitask, collaborate, manage timely communications and steer teams to meet objectives will suit this opportunity.

Project Leaders understand the day-to-day technical tasks of a traditional project manager, but in their essence, they are people who can solve problems, overcome challenges and get ‘stuff’ done. They need to be able to see that’ snake in the grass’ from a distance. To be able to lead teams and clients through adversity. Resilient, they enjoy the challenge of proving change can be delivered on time, with full scope and within budget. They are change agents who play the part of project manager, trusted advisor, team leader, impossible problem solver. They are rare but inspiring. They lead by a thoughtful reflective action. Knowing when to drill down deeper to understand the issue, and when to make a decision without full information. They are wise and empathetic but most of all they are committed to outcomes.
