Lead and Inspire – Provide guidance and support to Portfolio Managers and Lending Officers, helping your team excel.
Spot Opportunities – Identify new business within your portfolio and deliver profitable, compliant lending solutions that drive regional performance.
Balance Risk and Reward – Conduct detailed client reviews, assess credit risk, and manage arrears alongside the Credit Collections team.
Be a Strategic Partner – Work with senior leadership to shape regional sales strategy and build key client and broker relationships.
Drive Operational Excellence – Maintain accurate sales records, forecasting, and reporting to support smart decision-making.
Elevate the Client Experience – Promote customer feedback initiatives and champion service and product improvements.
Stay Market-Smart – Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor activity to help refine products and protect your competitive edge.
