Are you an experienced technical manager within the food industry?

Do you have a background in leading the technical agenda for a fast paced food manufacturing site?

Are you experienced in managing all technical aspects to ensure legal compliance and retail customer legislation?

MacGregor Black is partnering with a Food Manufacturing business on the search for a Technical Manager. This is a perm role based in Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the site representation for customer and BRC audits.

Oversee all technical requirements around new product launches and retail specifications.

Lead a team within quality and compliance.

Ensure alignment in customer messaging and specification.

Manage all technical activities within the business to support the customer requirements.

What are we looking for?

BSc in Food Science, Technology or a related field.

HACCP Level 4.

Proven experience in a technical management role within a fast-paced food industry for 5+ years.

Strong retailer interface experience essential.

Knowledge of BRC, and other food safety management systems including customer (retailer) standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Salary circa £65k + Package
