A high-growth B2B SaaS company is seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing or Chief Marketing Officer to lead the marketing team and drive business growth. This role requires proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS company from $25M to $50M+ ARR. Product Marketing expertise is essential, including driving market entry, achieving product-market fit, and accelerating growth.
Role Overview
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a team of seven marketers and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that increases brand visibility, generates leads, and strengthens market position. You will manage brand, content, product marketing, and growth initiatives, driving measurable impact through strategic and executional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop strategies to attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads.
Brand Positioning & Awareness: Enhance brand credibility and visibility with global B2C brands and enterprise customers.
Scalable Marketing Execution: Drive initiatives across events, press, content, media, and product marketing to boost brand awareness and pipeline growth.
Sales & Marketing Alignment: Improve collaboration between marketing and sales teams to create a seamless customer journey.
