The client is the UK market leader for Commercial Heat Pumps, breaking UK records for project sizes, ranging from 100KW - 8MW+ . They are now looking for someone that can oversee a sales team of 4 whilst still being a hunter, out in the field and meeting clients themselves.

Requirements...

Technical and/or Sales experience in Oil & Gas // HVAC // Heat Pumps. They do not require specific commercial heat pump experience - oil and gas is relevant as they are looking for someone who is used to selling bespoke projects.

Additionally, a degree in Engineering (or strong technical experience)

The package?

£85,000 - £100,000 base + lucrative Profit Share scheme + Car allowance

Hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the Hull office)
