What you’ll be doing:
Own and grow the P&L for major UK grocery retailers
Build unbreakable relationships that drive long-term value
Lead launches, promotions, and NPD activations in partnership with Marketing
Use data and insights to make smart, strategic moves
Hustle through negotiations to secure win-win deals
Spot gaps, trends, and fresh opportunities in the market
What’s needed:
4+ years’ experience managing UK Grocery National Accounts
Proven track record of smashing targets and building standout account plans
Ability to turn numbers into strategy, and strategy into results
Passion for challenger brands and fast-paced environments
Commercial mindset, natural curiosity, and genuine resilience
