Location: West Midlands and Surrounding Areas

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + car + bonus

Are you an experienced salesperson with a track record of selling into social housing and local authority?

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and grow new business opportunities within the social housing sector across The Midlands and surrounding areas

Optimisation of existing accounts, driving growth and revenue within accounts through historic relationships and support with varying schemes

Working closely with contractors, architects and local authorities to drive opportunities to specify on projects

Skills & Requirements:

Experience working within the KBB industry, specifically social housing and local authority is preferrable

A track record of winning new business alongside driving growth in existing accounts

A history of managing a geographical location and consulting with customers in a face to face capacity

Full UK Driving License is required
