Infosys is seeking Front-end Lead Developer (React JS/Next JS/MFE). As a Tech lead, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

UI Lead (React/Next JS) to drive front-end architecture and design of modern, dynamic web interfaces. Responsible for creation and maintenance of React based ecommerce digital platforms, technical roadmaps, following enterprise standards. Work with UX designers, UI engineers, integration specialists, cloud Engineering, and IT stakeholders to design, implement and rollout modular web apps.

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Nashville, TN or be willing to relocate to the area prior to onboarding.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

At least 4 years IT experience in leading modern front-end solution design and implementation

At least 3 years of experience in leading React JS + Next JS implementations

Micro-front-end system design – Proven hands-on experience in architecture, system design and integration of React based micro front-end solutions,

Strong in ReactJS, Next JS, SSR/SSG, Micro FE integration Module federation, Typescript, OOPS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Responsive design, familiarity with React component libraries like MUI

React concepts including State Management, Hooks and error handling

Experience in using React/Next JS supported Unit test frameworks

Experience in UI performance testing tools, debugging and address UI performance issues

Perform code review, static code analysis, and quality checks

Preferred Qualifications:

Node JS and API development are good to have skills

Identify and integrate modern front-end best practices and mentor team

Proven experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments

Strong awareness of quality standards and NFRs

Experience in Azure cloud and deployments are nice to have

Experience in Retail domain and ecommerce is nice to have

Onsite/offshore coordination

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
