Company Description Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect new direct and indirect customers within Distribution, Dealer, and Lumberyard Channels Actively cold call prospects & perform online demos, customer configurators, and demonstrate other selling tools Build rapport with prospects and customers over the phone Onboard new customers & contractors Receives phone calls and assist customers, homeowners, sales team, contractors and dealers with various window questions Pitch new products to existing customers and help identify new business opportunities Route qualified sales opportunities to the correct Territory Sales Manager Ability to quote efficiently and accurately within multiple tools Ability to read, analyze and interpret product manuals, drawings and Standard Operating Procedures Verify and send out appropriate cross-reference recommendations to ensure customers and projects stay within CBB brands Utilize CRM to keep accurate records of prospects, customers, and new projects Responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and supporting a broad range of customer needs Ability to work through difficult requests and find customer resolution Provide product technical information as required to respond to customer technical inquiries and to recommend alternative materials or products.
Refer customer to appropriate qualified divisional personnel in response to sophisticated customer technical inquiries Attend Tradeshows as needed with Territory Sales Managers Self-motivated, with the ability to manage workload independently Excellent customer service skills Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required, Associates degree in related field preferred Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills Self-motivated and a self-starter with personable and excellent organization skills Detail-oriented and have ability to problem solve Good mathematical and analytical skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows simultaneously Ability to manage multiple deadlines for completion Ability to review and interpret project specifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints Exhibit proficiency in use of in-house pricing programs and procedures Must be computer proficient, particularly in Takeoff / Estimating Software and Excel Must be detail and customer service oriented Must be comfortable on the phone with customers and Field Sales Advanced knowledge of windows, doors and other adjacent Cornerstone products Work related travel would typically be less than 3 times per year Additional Information Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?

The US base salary for this role is around $50,000 + Sales Incentive + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
