4. Organize and maintain digital files and records in a systematic and accessible manner.
5. Perform regular data quality checks and assist in data cleansing activities as needed.
6. Generate basic reports or summaries of entered data upon request.
7. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members through digital channels (email, instant messaging, video conferencing) to clarify information and provide updates.
8. Prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
9. Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines meticulously.
10. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
