Programs Claim Processor

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Programs Claim Processor to join us at our Corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

Process payments and deductions related to MDF items and End User accounts – daily

Research deviations related to billback payment requests and deductions – daily

Work with sales team and customers on denied trade deductions – weekly

Maintain Brokerage, Rebate, and MDF agreements on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis when proper paperwork is provided by Sales personnel

Monitor materials and ship-to’s that are added to the system to communicate with Sales to determine whether or not items need to be added to current agreements – daily

Work with Brokers to reconcile Brokerage payments and ensure accurate payments – weekly/monthly

Maintain accurate files of all programs and payments

Run reports for Sales Reps – as requested

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience preferred

SAP experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work proactively in a high-paced deadline-oriented environment

Excellent organizational skills

Must be focused, detail and numbers oriented, and have the ability to multitask

Experience in Excel required

Excellent communication skills; both oral and written required

Ability to communicate and work closely with supervisor relative to critical/urgent sales programs issues

High level of synergy is critical to success

Must be able to set goals and successfully meet deadlines

Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Base salary range of $19-$21/hr; and

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
