Job Summary:

Illuminate USA is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced 2nd Shift Learning and Delivery Facilitator to join our training delivery team at our new factory in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you'll be part of the Talent Management team reporting to our Learning & Delivery Supervisor while collaborating closely with department leaders, subject matter experts and our HR Business partners to identify training gaps and support the development as well as help lead the implementation of training.

In addition, you will ensure our training strategy is delivered with excellence. As a dynamic experienced facilitator, you will implement training which empowers sustainable professional development for our associates and leaders while reinforcing our vibrant corporate culture. This leader will be responsible for executing the overall training delivery program which will contribute to a culture of courageous learning.

Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration to coordinate training needs, enhance existing training, and deploy innovative training methods and materials. Your dedication to nurturing talent will be key in creating a learning-focused environment that propels our teams toward success.

Responsibilities:

· Facilitating training for key position professional growth.

· Focus on delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring participant engagement and adaptability.

· Provide insight into the latest industry trends and training innovation to guide the training implementation team while tracking and measuring growth.

· Mature and optimize the overall learning processes from identifying training needs to delivering materials that support the growth of our people and business.

· Collaborate with our learning design team to optimize effectiveness of the development and delivery of our training programs, policies, and procedures.

· Collaborate with functional teams to assess current and future training needs and support the evaluation process to measure the effectiveness of existing programs.

· Lead/assist the coordination of training events, managing logistics and ensuring all training resources and materials are ready for delivery.

· Adapt outsourced training to be most relevant and effective for our population and environment.

· Maintain the currency and effectiveness of training and delivery methods.

· Support the learning needs analysis process to co-create the optimal learning lifecycle roadmap for associates to grow their knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Or equivalent relevant working experience.

· Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in teaching, facilitating, or instructing training programs.

· Strong understanding of human development, adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and learning analytics.

· Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

· Ability to conduct analysis and develop impactful leadership development solutions within budget and timeline.

· Experience working cross-functionally and building positive relationships at all levels of the organization.

· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.

· Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, problem solve and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in virtual training platforms and tools.

· Ability to adapt to different cultural and work environment contexts.

· Knowledge of training evaluation to measure training module effectiveness:

· Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design principles is preferred.
