Do you have CNC operating experience? Are you detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision? If so this is a perfect opportunity for you! We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a CNC Operator. This position is full time with benefits and a 401k program with a generous company match.
Your responsibilities as a CNC Machine Operator include the ability to:
Set up and run existing programs for CNC Lynx and Puma
Setting up for and prove-out of newly engineered components
Ensure quality of complex machined parts
Maintain production and quality records
Capable of running one or more machines
Communicate tooling and material needs to production lead
Work within a team environment to ensure shop success
Participate in cross training across other machines
Meet or exceed production output goals
Your qualifications must consist of:
Minimum two years CNC Lathe setup and operating experience
Ability to perform quality checks using a variety of tools
Ability to dry run new programs and troubleshoot errors with guidance
A basic understanding of G-code
A working understanding of lathe tooling
It would be great if you possess:
Trade school training, or sufficient on the job training to perform primary duties
Experience working with a Doosan mill turn machine or with Fanuc controls
Experience operating CNC mills
A working knowledge of G-code
