Job Description

Senior Project Manager - Life Science Projects in Quincy MA will be responsible for:

Lead and manage project teams across all phases of construction

Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining relationships

Oversee financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and reporting

Coordinate with design, engineering, and subcontractor teams to resolve project challenges

The Successful Applicant

Senior Project Manager - Life Science Projects in Quincy MA will be responsible for:

At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish

Background in

Life Science (Ground up or interiors)

Healthcare/ Lab Projects

Design Build is a big plus

Commercial construction experience

A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
