Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS State Licensure: TX - REQUIRED (Candidates not licensed in TX but willing to apply will be considered) Start Date: ASAP after credentialing - Need candidates who can start within the next 30 days Duration: Long-term ongoing Schedule & Weekly Hours: • Monday to Friday, preference for 5x8s • Some 10-hour shifts are available, but not strictly 10s • 11 AM - 7 PM shift available • Will consider full weeks on/off if candidates can work the full weeks On-call/Callback: No call Travel/Lodging: Full travel and lodging covered Types of Cases/Procedures: • General • Neuro • Ortho • GYN • Vascular • ENT • Plastics • Healthy Peds EMR System: iPro Number of Physicians/Support Staff in Department: Medical direction - ACT model 1:4 ratio Privileging Process: • 30-45 days • Committee review schedule: Ad hoc
