Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington.
In this role, you will oversee front desk operations, ensure smooth facility coordination, and provide exceptional organizational support for meetings and events.

Responsibilities: - Manage daily front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Coordinate facility services to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Plan and execute meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff, providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for front desk activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
Requirements - Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate events effectively.
- Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a focused and efficient environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
