Job Description

The successful Project Manager will:

Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers

Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals

Lead from the front to maintain their positive office culture

Creates and reviews project schedules

Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout

Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors

Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor

Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred

Experience leading and assisting on K-12, and/or municipal construction projects

Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate

Success driven

Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics

Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors

Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus What's on Offer

$105,500 - $135,500 Base Salary
