Evaporator Operator

Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $28.45 an hour

You Will:

Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety.

Perform required quality testing using associated equipment, (FOSS, CEM) record results and adjust equipment.

Start equipment including opening valves, starting pumps, setting steam regulators

Monitor temperature, time and product flow, and record information

Manage CIP piping, disconnect and clean pumps and lines.

Pass milk pasteurization and better process control school as required.

Participate in the CPS process to include, SRC’s, 5-S, CAPD, and other activities.

Responsible for Food Safety & Quality Regular, reliable attendance is necessary

Follow direction set by Crew Coordinators Other responsibilities as assigned
