ServiceNow Engineer

Full Time Contract

Title or Role: ServiceNow Engineer

Compensation: up to $65/hr commensurate with experience

Location: Remote

Length of Contract: 12 months

Position Description:

RCM is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our client's team, specializing in ServiceNow OMS and Opera with a deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Jenkins, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will focus on building ServiceNow automation solutions, implementing Shift-Left strategies in order to make secure and test application early in the development process.

Responsibilities:

Build ticket resolution solutions, across levels L1-L4, and driving operational excellence through innovative technology applications.

Design, build, and deploy ServiceNow automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency (ServiceNow OMS and Opera)

Focus on testing and security early in the development process

Implement and enable proactive L1-L4 ticket support and resolution.

Manage and optimize environments using GCP, Jenkins, and Google Agent Space technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance operations using

Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance across all platforms. Qualifications:

Proven expertise in ServiceNow automation and ticketing systems (L1-L4 support).

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Jenkins, and Google Agent Space.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.

Certifications in ServiceNow (Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Equal Opportunity Statement:
