Job Title: Industrial Painter â Auto Body Experience Preferred

Our client, a leading custom display manufacturer, is seeking Industrial Painters with an auto body background to join our production team. If you have hands-on experience in painting, sanding, grinding, and applying Bondoâ this is the perfect opportunity to transition your skills into a stable, long-term career in a growing industry. All candidates must be able to work Overtime and have the flexibility to move to 2nd shift. July/August begins the busy season and overtime!

Key Responsibilities:

Apply paint finishes using spray guns on custom display components

Perform sanding, grinding, and surface preparation prior to painting

Mix and match paint colors and finishes to customer specifications

Apply Bondo or body filler to smooth imperfections and prep surfaces

Maintain a clean and organized spray booth and work area

Inspect painted parts for quality, touch-ups, and consistency

Work from job instructions, blueprints, or specifications to meet finish standards

Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements in a manufacturing environment Qualifications:

Auto body painting experience requiredâ no residential or commercial painters, please

Strong skills in sanding, grinding, taping, and prepping surfaces

Experience working with Bondo or other surface fillers

Ability to work Overtime.
