Key Responsibilities:
Proactively Prospect: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Atlanta, GA area to grow your client pipeline.
Lead Follow-Up & Conversion: Consistently follow up with leads using proven scripts and systems to convert conversations into closed sales.
Daily Skill Building: Participate in coaching sessions and hands-on training to sharpen your sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
Complete Onboarding Milestones: Finish all required training within your first 30 days to build a strong foundation for success.
Shadow Producing Agents: Join seasoned agents at showings, open houses, and client meetings during your first 90 days to learn by doing.
Client Consultations: Meet with potential buyers and sellers to understand their goals and guide them through a smooth transaction.
Become a Local Expert: Learn the ins and outs of Atlanta’s neighborhoods to confidently answer client questions and offer strategic advice.
Transaction Management: Oversee every step of the real estate process — from listing to close — ensuring a seamless, professional experience for your clients.
Qualifications:
