A growing company in the construction industry is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of project execution from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with strong communication skills and proven experience managing complex construction projects. Working collaboratively, the new leader will ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality project delivery by coordinating teams, maintaining safety standards, and tracking key milestones and documentation.

Responsibilities:
Assist project team and staff from preconstruction through the closeout and warranty of a project.
Inspect and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
Review and process material and subcontractor submittals.
Review, prepare, and process RFIâ s with design teams and clients.
Prepare on-site meeting agendas, including keeping up with all project logs. (RFI logs, change order logs, submittal logs).
Prepare subcontract scope sheets with subcontractors, suppliers, and others.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any issues.
Evaluate project quality and progress and prepare detailed reports.
Assist project team in closeout document execution. (Punchlist and as-built plans).
Requirements:
Bachelorâ s degree in Construction Management or equivalent education
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial or industrial construction project manager
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
Knowledge of construction safety regulations, with OSHA 30 certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Preferred proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
