Position Summary:

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides strategic leadership as the senior executive responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for technology infrastructure, innovation, and digital transformation to support clinical care, operations, and business goals. The CIO will ensure the integration of technology with healthcare delivery systems to enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. The CIO will lead and oversee all technology, information systems, telecommunications, voice services, and digital health initiatives for St. Luke’s.

As a member of the senior executive team, the CIO works closely with the CEO, medical staff, organizational leaders, and the Board to execute the organization’s strategic plan and organizational initiatives. The CIO participates in strategic, operational, and financial decision-making of the organization. The CIO will report directly to and work closely with the CEO to ensure achievement of adopted goals and strategies.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related field.

Experience: Ten years progressive and broadly-based information technology experience including change management, program management, and strategy development.
