What You'll Lead (and Rock):

Own and elevate the full scope of environmental services - housekeeping, maintenance, capital projects, and everything in between

Lead the charge on Life Safety survey readiness, including mock surveys and rapid, smart fixes before issues arise

Be our brand protector - standardize the "Campbell Street look" with color palettes, lighting, furniture, and finishes that are unmistakably us

Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing to ensure every community is move-in ready, curb appeal is jaw-dropping, and first impressions are unforgettable

Spearhead capital projects - from roof replacements to complete wing renovations - managing timelines, budgets, and outcomes like a boss

Bring structure to the chaos - redesign procurement processes, approval flows, vendor management, and project tracking for maximum efficiency

Collaborate and capitalize on new builds and expansions - not just as a participant, but as a strategic voice

Be a hustler for good - sniff out and secure grants, tax credits, and rebates for sustainability projects like solar, LED, and water efficiency upgrades

Create a culture of pride and ownership on every team you lead - recognizing excellence, coaching for growth, and driving results Who You Are:

A visionary operator with a background in environmental services leadership, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living

Equal parts design nerd and code whisperer - you care about both aesthetics and compliance

A brand builder who believes every wall color, fixture, and floor tile reflects our commitment to excellence

A capital project wrangler who can keep a million moving pieces on track without breaking a sweat

A systems thinker who loves making processes leaner, faster, better

An influencer who thrives cross-functionally - working fluidly with clinical, operations, marketing, sales, and the C-suite

Have experience in development, renovation, or community expansion projects
