Assist in developing strategic plans for operational improvements and efficiencies, providing feedback to senior leadership on areas of potential enhancement.

Maintain a high degree of confidentiality while handling sensitive information, including proprietary and client-related materials.

Provide project management support for specialized departments, such as Train/Transition, Erbil Operations, LNOs, and Escorts, bridging cultural gaps between Iraqi and Western personnel to ensure smooth collaboration.

Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and contract requirements.
