About the Role:

Lyon Metal Roofing is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Loader for our Greeneville, TN location. This position plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by handling incoming freight, organizing materials, and ensuring our customers receive their orders safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload deliveries of metal roofing and accessory products from our manufacturing locations

Accurately organize, label, and store incoming materials in the shop area

Locate and prepare customer orders for pickup

Safely and efficiently load customer vehicles with roofing materials and accessories

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Provide friendly, helpful customer service during pickups

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

What Were Looking For:

Strong work ethic and reliability

Positive, customer-service oriented attitude

Ability to work well with others and adapt to daily changes

Basic organizational and communication skills

Comfortable working in an active, physical environment (lifting up to 50 lbs)

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift experience (we can train the right candidate)

Previous experience in a warehouse, shop, or customer service role is a plus
