The primary services are receiving, logging, and following up on reported problems.
Provides assistance to our customers in use of software products, troubleshooting, and analysis of the problems encountered.
Has extensive contact through Baptist Health with personnel at all levels, which can include physicians, administrators, department managers, and support staff regarding their needs, uses and problems with computer systems.
Directly contributes to customer satisfaction results for our department by engaging with users in a professional manner and presenting technical concepts plainly to non-technical customers.
Other information: Proficient four to six years mainframe computer operations experience or two to three years Help Desk experience.
Experience with operating system commands and usages, network control functions, and production software products.
Must possess high level of competency with support processes involved in a complex multi-platform environment.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
