Our customer in Ligonier, IN is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role will be responsible for internal communication with the Operations team and working directly with customers in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate offers experience in purchasing/materials management and/or shipping and receiving.

Additional responsibilities include:

Daily updates to customer materials systems

Customer negotiations on specific materials needed

Manage shipping schedules and achieve on time deliveries
