Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently schedule patient appointments and manage calendars

Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements

Process daily deposits accurately

Utilize Dentrix for patient records and management

Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each patient feels valued and cared for

Preferred Experience:

Scheduling appointments

Insurance verification

Proficient in Dentrix

Strong customer service skills

Previous dental experience (required)

Office Hours: 30 hrs/wk

Monday 10am-6pm

Tuesday 10am-6pm

Wednesday 8am-4pm

Thursday 8am-2pm
