Responsibilities

Client Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to the Medicare, Health, Life, and Employee Benefits departments.

Documentation: Prepare, manage, and organize essential documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Communication: Act as the communication liaison among clients, carriers, and agents, sending timely updates and responses.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for various departments.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate client records, entering vital information into databases with precision.

Requirements

Experience: Previous administrative experience is preferred, especially in the insurance or financial services sectors.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's Degree or higher is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interaction with clients and team members.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial for preparing accurate documentation.
