Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain files and records in both digital and physical formats.
Office Organization: Ensure the smooth operation of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant (2+ years). Strong proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
