Job Description:
The Role
Good understanding and experience on SAP GTS module.
Support business process flows alignment and coordination.
Hands on experience of configuring and implementing SAP GTS on all elements of the project lifecycle from sales through to early life support.
Support the Business during Transition and post go-live.
Systems hands on experience.
Technical understanding of the module.
Ability to work with ABAP team to get the custom development done
Completed at least two end-to-end project cycle with SAP GTS
Experience driving SAP GTS Workshops.
Contribute to workshop preparation, facilitation and documentation of outputs including URS and IT requirements.
Meeting minutes writing expertise
Provide input into the design of processes in the S/4 system based on FIT GAPs, create the functional specifications, data objects and fields design, impact on roles etc...
Collaborate closely with the business team to document the requirements and with the development team.
Responsible to use Solution Manager and the relevant documentation requirements including following CSV guidelines.
Responsible to define user stories, their acceptance criteria, and the definition of done.
Good communication and proactive attitude.
Support liaising between cross streams.
Good Presentation skills
Ability to demonstrate SAP Processes to wider audience
Agile knowledge, ideally Safe agile certified: candidate will be part of the agile team, the team has one scrum master and one Product Owner, and is expected to participate in all the Ceremonies of the ART such as daily stand up, Iteration Demo and Reviews, Program Increment Planning
Requirements
We are looking for an ERP Functional Lead with extensive SAP delivery experience. Our ideal candidate will have:
Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting / contracting roles.
Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country rollouts of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA
Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations. Fluency in English ( both verbal and written) is essential.
Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
