CNC Machinist

Our 18,000 sq. ft. facility in Pipersville, PA is easily accessible and strategically located to ensure quick turnaround and excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines (no lathe work)
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications
Perform setups, tool changes, and offsets to maintain tight tolerances
Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
Maintain and update CNC programs using Mastercam or Gibbscam
Collaborate with the programming and quality teams to optimize machining processes
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they affect production
Foster a systems-thinking approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
5-axis CNC machining experience required (milling focus no lathe work)
Experience with Mastercam or Gibbscam required
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T symbols
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
A strong work ethic, hands-on approach, and passion for craftsmanship
Compensation:
$25 to $38 per hour, depending on experience
