Greet clients with warmth and professionalism across all channels
Process policy updates, payments, and driver or vehicle changes
Deliver empathetic, helpful support in challenging moments
Support retention goals by building rapport and earning trust
Complete administrative tasks including mailings, list management, and basic marketing
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role
Positive, can-do attitude with a friendly and professional phone presence
Ability to stay composed and solutions-focused in high-pressure moments
Commitment to delivering service that builds loyalty and referrals
Willingness to learn insurance processes
