Now Hiring: Production Associate

Location: Baldwin County

Pay: $15.00 - $16 an hour

Schedule Options: Day/Night Shifts available

We are looking for dedicated Production Associates to join our team in the food industry. If you're hardworking, reliable, and committed to quality, this is the role for you!

What our client provides:

PPE provided (Steel-toe boots required, company covers cost after 90 days)

Jeans or khakis only (Shirts and sweatshirts provided)

Water/Gatorade stations and extra breaks during excessive heat

Lockers provided for all employees

No phones or earbuds allowed during shifts

What We’re Looking For:

Strong commitment to safety and cleanliness

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Reliability and excellent attendance

Willingness to work in various roles and be cross-trained

Steel-toe boots required

No piercings or long nails during work
