The Impact You Will Make

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing compelling marketing materials for cemetery and funeral home marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, proficiency in design platforms like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva, and the ability to produce on-brand collateral across various marketing channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and manage marketing collateral using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.

Assist with execution of marketing efforts across direct mail, social media, web, brochures, print ads, and flyers.

Support sales training efforts by providing updated and relevant marketing materials.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and are error-free.

Coordinate the printing and distribution of marketing materials.

Maintain an organized library of marketing assets and templates.Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or related field preferred.

1 – 3 years of graphic design experience.

Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.

Experience using project management software; knowledge of Monday.com a plus.

Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system; knowledge of HubSpot a plus.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail, solution-oriented and organized.

Empathy, discretion, and an understanding of the sensitive nature of our services. A commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and respect in all communications.

Work Environment:

On-site at Support Center, M-F required.
