Hand & Stone in Huntsville, AL is looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team.

You will find yourself working in a positive and fulfilling team-oriented environment promoting massages, facials, spa services and a healthy lifestyle program!

This is a sales & customer service position, that rewards heavily for performance!

Job Requirements:

One year of sales or customer service experience

Ability to hit sales goals

Motivated by commissions and incentives for sales

Team player and a positive/energetic attitude

Excellent customer service skills

Desire to help others and promote the health/wellness of massage/facials/lifestyle program

Multi-task in busy setting

Welcome and greet guests upon arrival

Phone & computer experience

ProfessionalismWhat Youll Do:

Drive sales by hitting goals and promoting our services

Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Answer phones, book appointments, and sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades

Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive atmosphere

Multi-task in a busy setting while delivering excellent customer service
